Return Policy
Returnable items that are unworn/unused may be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt/packing slip. An exchange, store credit, credit card, or cash refund will be issued according to the original method of tender. Cash refunds will be granted for in-store purchases if funds in register are sufficient, otherwise a refund check will be issued within 2 weeks. Items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Sunglasses, women’s bathing suits, skateboards,surfboards, and bodyboards may not be returned or exchanged.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any item requested for return outside of 30 days may not be returned.
- Merchandise must be new and in original condition.
- All tags must be intact in original place.
- Packing Slip must be included with return.
- Sunglasses, women’s swim suits, skateboards, surfboards and bodyboards may not be returned or exchanged.
- All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
- Online purchases may be returned to any of our store locations - please bring invoice/packing slip that came in your shipment. (Please remember our Dewey Beach store is only open seasonally.)
- Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
